Approach
Four months of full fundraising focus
REQUIREMENTS
Does the program suit you?
The program is for you, if …
fundraising is a real priority for you over the next four months.
you can free up around 20 hours a week for this.
your startup is scalable and already has initial market validation.
your business model is suitable for startup financing.
you yourself are financially invested and bring sufficient budget for the preparation.
you want to do the work yourself – but with a clear process and experienced sparring.
The program is not for you if…
you can only do fundraising as a side project right now.
your idea or business model has not yet been validated.
your business is not scalable.
you currently do not have the necessary financial resources.
you need a highly specialized fundraising process, for example in crypto, life sciences, or biotech.
you expect someone to completely handle your financing round for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The pillars of the program
Everything you need to approach investors professionally
Process
Four months with a clear structure and regular check-ins – this is the framework that will lead you to success.
Phase 1: Foundation & Strategy
Together, we will define your financing strategy, determine your exact capital requirements, and clarify the legal foundations. You will start directly with your dedicated accountability partner, benefit from two live calls with Barbara for the right alignment, and receive expert legal input on convertible loans and term sheets.
Phase 2: Central Documents
We focus entirely on your core documents: pitch deck and financial plan. You will develop your storyline as well as your market and traction data, sharpen your online presence, and have your financial plan thoroughly vetted by a financial expert during a review session.
Phase 3: Pitch Fine-Tuning and Investor Targeting
We build your qualified investor target list, draft your outreach messages, and plan your relevant event visits. In the live calls and a special pitch deck review session with Barbara, you will get direct feedback on your finished deck.
Phase 4: Investor Outreach
In week 13, your final acquisition roadmap for reaching out to investors independently is in place. As you start the active phase, you will use an individual 1:1 with Barbara for targeted sparring based on the initial feedback from investors. A live event in Zurich concludes our program and solidifies your new network.

BASED ON THE HANDBOOK
My Knowledge, Your Guide
The implementation program is based on my handbook for startup fundraising. We use the book as a guide and supplement it with live calls, video content, templates, and professional feedback.
Each participant will receive a paperback copy of the book at the start of the course.

Do you still have questions?
How does the application process work?
You fill out a short fundraising readiness questionnaire. Barbara reviews your details and invites you to a personal conversation. Together, you will assess whether your startup is ready for fundraising and if you can benefit from the program.
How long does the program last?
The program lasts 14 weeks. During this time, you will receive input and tasks every week. A live call takes place every 2 weeks.
How much time do I need?
You should be able to work with focus for four months. The program requires personal responsibility and full-time focus. Without this time, it is not the right fit for you.
In which language does it take place?
The program takes place exclusively in English. All materials, assignments, and live calls are in English.
Will Barbara do the work for me?
No. Barbara prepares you and gives you structure, feedback, and tools. The implementation is up to you. Fundraising is a craft that you learn yourself.
What happens after that?
After week 14, you will independently begin reaching out to and negotiating with investors. During this time, you will have a 1:1 session with Barbara. A live event in Zurich concludes the program. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs.
